The Mychal Rushwald Foundation was established in memory of Mychal Rushwald, a kind and caring young man who was much loved by all of his family and friends. The Foundation was established in his honor to support the important work of Dragonfly Transitions in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Dragonfly Transitions is home away from home for young adults who are struggling with the transition to healthy, productive independence. Transitions offers a supportive peer group, strong accountability and calming, manageable surroundings. Its dedicated team supports students in their quest for independent living skills, personal growth and emotional maturation.
